Animal Infographic

My graphic design course set us a brief of designing an infographic for an insert of a magazine of an animal given to you by random selection out of a hat. The animal that I choose was a snake.

Two features of the brief stood out to me the most. The first one was the two magazines were very different in terms of target audiences. National Geographic was for a much higher age audience whereas Aquila was for a child audience. This meant that there were two styles of design and language to consider when designing who the infographic was for. The second feature was the format was a rectangle of 310mmx680mm and was to be folded in four sections; a bit like a large scale leaflet.
